Solving a customer’s logistical challenge
We were approached by a start-up company that had seen demand for its products grow quickly. Faced with organising shipments to multiple countries and not wanting to lose valuable business, our customer needed an element of ‘hand holding’ to be able to fulfil orders.
Getting containers to the right place for loading on time is what we do on a daily basis – even faced with tight deadlines. We were able to reposition five 20ft dry cargo containers to our customer’s port of choice within 24-hours of their request and, once loaded, ready to be transported to Sweden, Germany, Spain, France and the UK.
Having given our customer confidence of our abilities, we are now working together on an ongoing basis. And, knowing that our global reach is so extensive, our customer is actively exploring new markets.
